I like the the 270 Winchester magnum best for varmit hunting. My most dear rifle is the Tikka T-3 Stainless I got at Wal Mart in Crestwood. The best hunting trip was a miserable experience at the time even with my new Tikka T-3 Stainless 270 Ruger magnum. I got my Tikka 45 ACP last fall at Wal Mart in Crestwood.

My dad said his cherished caliber is the 257 Roberts he got at a NRA banquet last season. My esteemed caliber is either the 243 Winchester or 257 Roberts - what ever I have handy when I see one of the little buggers.
My Mom got her 257 Roberts online at Target. I got my Savage 257 Roberts last fall at Wal Mart in Fort Peck. My friends and I like the 243 Winchester best for trophy buck hunting.
