My admired whitetail/bear gun is the Kimber Longmaster chambered for 270 Magnum. I got my Kimber 44 Magnum online at Wiley Outdoor Sports. My most prized rifle is everything made by Kimber.
My grandfather bought it at Gart Sports for $399 with a reasonably good rosewood stock included. I ordered my Kimber Longmaster in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Hampstead, Georgia.

His pet rifle is the 257 H&R Magnum I picked up online at the NRA store. The best caliber used to be the 257 Mossberg Magnum.

HUNTING FOR BEARS
The best all around caliber I own is probably the 45 ACP from Target in Jupiter. My grandfather bought it at a gun show in Jupiter many many years ago. i’ve had the Marlin about ten years and it’s in very good condition. My dad’s choice riffle to shoot would be my Marlin 366SS 45 ACP semi automatic.
The best sporting goods store in Florida is the Wal Mart in Jupiter. My most revered rifle is the Marlin 366SS I got at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Jupiter. For wapiti hunting I like all my 30-06 and 45 ACP Marlin hunting rifles to be “tack drivers”.
I got my Marlin in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Jupiter, Florida. One issue is that the Marlin doesn’t have a detachable magazine. I like the the 30-06 best for wapiti hunting.
